  • Aspergillus antigen skin test
  • Bronchoscopy and transbronchial biopsy
  • CBC with peripheral eosinophil (a type of white blood cell) count
  • Chest x-ray
  • CT scan - chest
  • Lung biopsy (rare)
  • Serum aspergillus antibodies
  • Serum IgG and IgE antibodies
  • Sputum stain and culture for fungus
