- X,Y karyotype
- Ultrasound or MRI showing absent gonadal tissue
- Bone density (low)
- Anti-Mullerian hormone levels (low)
- Surgical exploration to search for evidence of male gonadal tissue
Failure of testosterone to rise after hCG distinguishes anorchia from cryptorchidism. |
