Urination - difficulty with flow

Difficulty starting or maintaining a urinary stream is called urinary hesitancy. Urinary hesitancy usually comes on gradually. It sometimes goes unnoticed until urinary retention (complete inability to urinate) produces distention and discomfort in the bladder.
