Central & Peripheral Nervous System Disorders Frequent: hypertonia. Infrequent: neuropathy, apraxia, hyperaesthesia, dyskinesia, dys-phonia, scotoma, ptosis, dystonia, visual field defect, encephalopathy, EEG abnormal. Rare: upper motor neuron lesion, cerebellar syndrome, tongue paralysis. Gastrointestinal System Disorders Frequent: diarrhea, vomiting. Infrequent: hemorrhoids, stomatitis, melena, gastritis, tongue edema, esophagitis. Heart Rate and Rhythm Disorders: Infrequent: AV block. Liver and Biliary System Disorders Infrequent: SGPT increased, SGOT increased, gamma-GT increased. Metabolic and Nutritional Disorders Frequent: dehydration. Infrequent: hypokalemia, alkaline phosphatase increased, hypocalcemia, hyperlipemia, acidosis, hyperglycemia, xerophthalmia. Rare: hyperchloremia, diabetes mellitus, hypernatremia, hyponatremia, hypocholesterolemia, hypophosphatemia, creatinine increased. Musculoskeletal System Disorders Frequent: arthralgia. Infrequent: arthrosis. Myo-, Endo-, Pericardial & Valve Disorders Infrequent: angina pectoris. Neoplasms: Infrequent: thrombocythemia. Rare: polycythemia.
